How to treat acetylcholine deficiency without medicine?

Ashwagandha Benefits

Just two days ago I was researching acetylcholine supplements that help improve memory. The information gave me a lot of tips to help my elderly friend who is taking prescription drugs that block out acetylcholine.

There are several natural sources that can treat the deficiency; Ashwagandha, Bacopa, Fo-Ti, Ginkgo biloba, Ginseng, Gotu Kola, Mucuna pruriens, Reishi, and Rhodiola rosea.
Acetyl-l-carnitine, Carnitine, Carnosine, Choline, DMAE, Pantothenic acid, Inositol, Trimethylglycine, Methylcobalamin, Tyrosine, and vinpocetine.

Anyway, I included the link.

What vitamin or mineral is good for the brain?

Just asking and wana know.

I have trouble processing thoughts..?

When people say things to me it takes me longer to respond and when i do respond i usually stutter or take forever to get it out and it just becomes really awkward. It also effects me in school. It takes me longer to understand things even though i'm still in advanced classes i have to go home and study ALOT to understand most of the things from the day and that leads to me getting made fun of a lot. I also struggle with remembering things and have a fear of being alone with someone because i'm scared i won't be able to communicate and get really nervous when someone i don't know that well starts talking to me. I honestly have no idea how to act and its really effecting me. Its almost like there's some sort of block in my brain that keeps me from being able to process things like every body else. I've talked to my parents about this but we don't really have the money to seek professional help. Any suggestions as to what this is and how i can fix it?

Ashwagandha Benefits

My grandson won the science project for the Florida last year. His project was improving memory.. He was doing all kinds of things with Blueberries which is one of the ten things that helps improve memory the others are. Gingko Biloba, Ginseng, Rosemary, Sage, Green tea. Rhodiola Rosea. Bacopa, Gotu Kola, Perwinkle. These herbs help improve memory. They are reasonable but the problem is how much of what does one take and of course the internet is a great help for that. Another problem can be that it does not taste good. That will require you to spend $30.00 on a capsule machine and empty capsules with you buying the herb. Ebay is a good place to buy it. L do all the time for myself. Good luck.
