I have a manual for natural therapies and it recommends the following for hypothyroidism:
Iodine: 150-300mcg daily
Thyroid Glandular: 200-500mg daily on an empty stomach
L-tyrosine: 300-500mg twice daily on an empty stomach
Ashwagandha: 250-500mg twice daily
