Ashwagandha Benefits

It is possible that you have an adrenal problem. This can be caused by poor diet, stress, not enough sunlight, lack of sleep or poor sleep quality. Sometimes the adrenal glands get fatigued dealing with all the stressors in your life. When that happens you may feel constantly anxious, feel depressed and, yes, feel angry. Because you feel anxious you feel the need to have everything under control, no surprises because you feel like you can't handle them. This is only a possibility. Go to a health store and buy ashwagandha and follow the instructions. This is an amazing herb that helps the adrenal glands causing you to relax. Give it a try and, if it helps, you might want to look into the possibility that you have adrenal fatigue. If it doesn't work then you will need to seek help as mentioned in previous answers.
