Have not been able to sleep good for 1 month (insomnia)?

I have been having insomnia and now I am losing my appetite. For the the past 8 months I have been noticing an increase in short term memory loss. It is hard to concentrate now on work since I easily get a mental exhaustion. What are some healthful herbs, diet or supplement to regain my mind and energy?
I will try everything thanks to all answers.

What kind of good sleeping medicine I can take with my Wellbutrin?

One of the side of effects from taking Wellbutrin is Insomnia. I could not sleep well before, I have tried a few sleep medicine before nothing have worked. I became very depress after the death of a love one.

It is natural to go into depression due to untimely deaths in close circle of friends and blood relations.
