What is a good natural anti inflamatory?

Which Herbs, Teas, Berries, and/or Tree Barks are good for pain relief.

Ginger and turmeric are the nature's best anti inflammatory and antibiotic herbs. Other herbs known to reduce inflammation include pokeroot, cleavers, devil's claw, licorice, autumn saffron, boswellin, curcumin, arnica, bromelain, German chamomile, licorice, white willow, witch hazel, and capsaicin.
In addition a lot of oils are available as pain relievers. Ayurveda offers a lot of herbs and oils for pain relief. Guggul, terpentine oil, wintergreen oil, ashwagandha oil, tea tree oil, lemon grass oil, nirgundi oil and lot more.

What can I do before school in the morning to make the day less stressful?

I can't do drugs anymore because I get drug tests. Smoking cigarettes seem to help a little. Energy drinks distract me from other people if I drink enough of them. Anyone have any other ideas?
My school has strict rules on iPods. And I was leaning more towards something I can eat or drink to chemically distract me. Possibly drugs if it doesn't show up on drug tests. I don't have any mental stability to make my own goals.

It's probably not what you want to hear but all drugs show up on drug tests.
